·         Responsible for workplace resource services for three buildings totaling 1,000,000 square feet

·         Report directly to the Site Manager

·         Responsible for all mechanical operations, landscaping, janitorial, and staff training

 FUSCO Management Company, LLC -- Facilities Manager, City of Norwalk, 2006-2007

·         Manage a facilities staff of eight

·         Responsible for ten municipal buildings consisting of 850,000 square feet

·         Managed an Operating Budget of $2.5 Million and a Capital Budge of $4.2 Million

·         Report directly to Vice President of Facilities Management

Transwestern Commercial Services -- Facilities Manager, The Annie E. Casey Foundation, 2002-2006

·         Managed a staff of nine

·         Responsible for all facilities management, janitorial and conferencing for 150,000 square foot multiple class “A” office buildings

·         Managed an Operating Budget of $1.5 million

·         Managed a Capital Budget of $1 million

-      Perform utility analysis for the facilities for cost saving techniques

-      Acting as Energy Manager for Fusco, we signed a partnership letter with the EPA Energy Star Program for benchmarking utilities for all Fusco-owned properties.

EPA Energy Star Designation for Norwalk City Hall, 2006

·         As facility manager for the Annie Casey Foundation, I headed a utility reduction program resulting in a 51% utility decrease earning the building the EPA Energy Star award for 2004 & 2005. This was the only commercial office building in Maryland to receive this award.

·         As facility manager for the City of Norwalk, I implemented new policies and procedures for the facilities department boosting productivity levels by implementing performance metrics for measurement of facilities, and obtained the Energy Star designation for the City Hall for 2006.
