facility manager for the Annie Casey Foundation, I headed a utility
reduction program resulting in a 51% utility decrease earning the building
the EPA Energy Star award for 2004 & 2005. This was the only commercial
office building in Maryland to receive this award.

As
facility manager for the City of Norwalk, I implemented new policies and
procedures for the facilities department boosting productivity levels by
implementing performance metrics for measurement of facilities, and obtained
