 IFMA is a member-centered association that exists to guide
and develop facility management professionals. In support of its members,
IFMA promotes the Facility Management profession by providing leadership,
recognition and standards of excellence.

Managers (CFM’s) in our Chapter - 22%
of our professional membership! The make-up
of our chapter is diverse, encompassing corporate office, research and
development, health care, and education, just to name a few. Statistics include: ·
Facilities
professionals in our chapter are responsible for over 22 million square
feet in 1,000 buildings.

General
office space comprises the largest segment at 8 million square feet,
followed by manufacturing space at more than 3 million, laboratory space
at 1.5 million and medical at 500,000 square feet. ·
The
total population of these facilities is over 29,000 people.
